Bouchard, Kleinman & Wright, P.A. is a young firm with a long heritage. Ken Bouchard, one of New Hampshire's most distinguished trial lawyers, began his education at Tufts University as a double major in Physics and Math. He then went to Yale and obtained a masters in Engineering and Applied Science. After working at Raytheon as a published physicist, he left the world of science to attend Boston College Law School, graduating eighth in his class. He immediately went into a career of civil litigation, using his technical background in handling complex cases involving professional liability, product liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Ken is one of the few New Hampshire lawyers who is Board Certified in Civil Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He was recently selected to their panel of examiners who create and grade questions for the national Board Certification exams. Ken has also been selected as one of the country's Super Lawyers and one of a hundred top lawyers in New Hampshire.
Over the years, since Ken began the law firm, Professionalism with a Personal Touch became its motto. This is our manner of handling business. We take pride in our continuing successful relationships with our clients.
Since joining the firm in 1987, Paul Kleinman has developed a reputation for being an aggressive litigator who achieves successful results before juries, mediators and arbitrators. He has defended high exposure cases, saving his clients millions of dollars. He has also successfully litigated commercial and employment cases for small business owners and professionals. Paul and Ken teach accredited continuing education courses to insurance, medical and legal professionals. Paul graduated Boston University School of Law with honors and obtained his degree in Environmental Studies from Binghamton University.
Nick Wright joined the firm in 1999.
He has represented hundreds of clients in civil litigation pertaining to motor vehicle collisions, construction defects, catastrophic fire loss, product liability suits,
wrongful death actions and human rights violations.
Nick has actively advocated for clients who have been the victim of rascolous business practices through the Consumer Protection Act.
Nick graduated from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire and received his undergraduate degree from Grinnell College, in Grinnell Iowa.
In 2001, Ken and Paul formed Bouchard and Kleinman, P.A. In 2005, the firm became Bouchard, Kleinman & Wright, P.A.
