Diminished Earning Capacity (DEC) Rate Table. Years ago, Bouchard, Kleinman & Wright developed a computer generated Diminished Earnings Capacity (DEC) table for easy reference by adjusters working in the Workers' Compensation field. This table allows adjusters to easily look up the diminished earning capacity rate for any weekly compensation and date of injury. These became so popular that they have been officially published, copyrighted and used throughout the state of New Hampshire, even by the Labor Department. This is the on-line version.
